Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
Quantum Vault Assets Ltd ("SpeedSpin", "we", "us", "our") is the controller of personal data collected through speedspin.com (the "Site").
Quantum Vault Assets Ltd
Registered in the Republic of Cyprus, registration number HE 664738

We are established in Cyprus, and our processing of personal data is subject to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Cypriot data protection law.
2. Scope
This policy covers personal data we process in connection with the Site and with business enquiries made to us.
It does not cover:
- personal data processed by our customers within software we license to them. Where an operator licenses our platform and processes their own players' data in it, that operator is the controller of that data. This policy does not describe that processing, and players should refer to the privacy policy of the operator whose brand they are using.
- third-party websites we link to.
3. The Site collects very little
The Site is a static marketing website. It has:
- no user accounts and no login;
- no contact form and no other form submission;
- no analytics, tracking pixels, advertising tags or profiling;
- no cookies set by us (see our Cookie Policy); and
- no third-party requests of any kind. Fonts and all other assets are served from our own domain, so viewing the Site discloses nothing to anyone but us and our hosting provider.
4. What we collect and why
a. Information you send us by email
The Site lists contact@speedspin.com and uses mailto: links. If you email us, we receive whatever you choose to include — typically your name, business email address, company, and the content of your enquiry.
- Purpose: to respond to your enquiry, evaluate a potential commercial relationship, and keep a record of our business correspondence.
- Lawful basis: our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in responding to business enquiries and pursuing commercial relationships. Where we are negotiating or performing a contract with you, Article 6(1)(b) may also apply.
b. Technical data from serving the Site
Our hosting provider processes standard technical information required to deliver the Site, which may include your IP address, browser type and user agent, the pages requested, and the date and time of the request. This is used to serve the Site and to maintain its security and integrity.
- Lawful basis: our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in operating and securing our website.
We do not use this technical data to build profiles or to identify individual visitors, and we do not combine it with other data.
We do not collect anything else. The Site has no other source of personal data.
5. What we do not do
- We do not sell personal data.
- We do not share personal data for advertising or marketing purposes.
- We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
- We do not knowingly collect data from children. The Site is a business-to-business resource and is not directed at children or at consumers.
6. Who we share data with
We share personal data only with:
- our hosting provider, Vercel Inc., which serves the Site;
- our email provider, Proton AG (Switzerland), which hosts the mailbox that receives correspondence sent to contact@speedspin.com;
- professional advisers such as lawyers and accountants, where necessary; and
- authorities or third parties where we are required to do so by law, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
We do not otherwise disclose personal data to anyone.
7. International transfers
Our email provider is established in Switzerland, which the European Commission recognises as providing an adequate level of data protection. No additional transfer mechanism is required for that processing.
Our hosting provider is established in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area to it, we rely on an appropriate transfer mechanism — typically the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
You may request further information about these safeguards using the contact details above.
8. How long we keep data
- Business correspondence: for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and, where a commercial relationship follows, for the duration of that relationship plus the period required to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
- Enquiries that do not progress: we delete or archive these when they are no longer of any business relevance, ordinarily within 24 months.
- Technical logs: retained for a short period by our hosting provider for security and diagnostic purposes.
9. Your rights
Subject to the conditions and exemptions in applicable law, you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- rectify inaccurate or incomplete data;
- erase your data ("right to be forgotten");
- restrict our processing of your data;
- object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interests;
- data portability, where processing is based on consent or contract and carried out by automated means; and
- withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent.
To exercise any of these rights, email contact@speedspin.com. We will respond within one month, which may be extended by a further two months for complex requests. We may need to verify your identity first.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data, you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Cyprus (dataprotection.gov.cy), or with the supervisory authority in your country of residence or work.
10. Security
We maintain technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including transport encryption (HTTPS) across the Site, access controls on our systems, and restricting access to business correspondence to personnel who need it.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Please do not send us sensitive information by unencrypted email.
11. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published at speedspin.com, and the "Last updated" date above indicates when it last changed. Material changes will be brought to your attention where required by law.
