1. What SpeedSpin is
SpeedSpin is a trading brand of Quantum Vault Assets Ltd, a software development and intellectual property company registered in the Republic of Cyprus under registration number HE 664738.
Through SpeedSpin, the company develops, maintains and licenses proprietary software products for the gaming and digital entertainment sector: platform software, original game content, CRM, payment orchestration software, supporting casino modules and bespoke development.
Our business is software and intellectual property. It is not gambling.
2. What SpeedSpin is not
SpeedSpin does not:
- operate an online casino, sportsbook, sweepstakes or any other gambling or gaming service;
- hold, control, transmit or settle player funds;
- maintain relationships with players, or offer any service to consumers;
- accept wagers, pay winnings, or determine the outcome of any game in a live operation;
- hold a gaming licence in any jurisdiction, or supply one to a customer; or
- provide legal, regulatory, tax, financial or compliance advice.
This website is a business-to-business information resource. It is not directed at consumers or at members of the public seeking to gamble, and it is not an invitation to gamble.
3. Where responsibility sits
Our customers are licensed operators, sweepstakes operators, aggregators and B2B partners. Each of them runs its own business under its own name and its own authorisation.
Responsibility for the regulated activity rests with the operator, including:
- holding any licence, registration or authorisation that its business model and market require, and keeping it in good standing;
- the relationship with players, including onboarding, communications, complaints and disputes;
- player funds — their custody, segregation, transmission and settlement;
- contracting with payment providers, and the acquiring and settlement arrangements that follow;
- setting KYC and AML policy, making verification and reporting decisions, and meeting obligations to financial-crime authorities;
- responsible gaming policy, including limits, interventions and self-exclusion decisions; and
- regulatory reporting, record-keeping and audit in each market served.
Our software supplies tools, workflows, configurable controls and integrations that support these obligations. It does not discharge them. Configuring a control in our software does not transfer the underlying responsibility to us.
4. Payments
Our payment product is orchestration technology. It routes and reconciles transactions between an operator's cashier and the payment providers that operator has contracted.
Payment acquiring, custody, transmission and settlement are handled by those providers under their own agreements with the operator. Funds move between the operator and its providers. SpeedSpin does not hold player funds and is not a payment institution, e-money institution or money transmitter.
5. Markets
We supply products only into jurisdictions where doing so is lawful, and licences are granted for defined permitted markets.
Nothing on this website is an offer to supply software into any particular jurisdiction, and the availability of a product in one market implies nothing about its availability in another. Customers are responsible for satisfying themselves that their intended use is lawful in each market they serve.

Product descriptions, specifications, capabilities, integrations and roadmap statements on this website are indicative and subject to change. They are not commitments, and they form no part of any contract unless expressly incorporated into an executed written agreement.
